An established practice with three providers and a full clinical staff was running on rented infrastructure: a templated site they didn't own, with patient paperwork still living on paper and PDFs. The practice was strong. The website was borrowed.
We rebuilt it from scratch on infrastructure they own: home, about, team, services, insurance, forms, testimonials, blog, and contact. Nineteen provider and staff profiles. Online booking for all three physicians. More than ten patient forms moved from clipboard to browser. An AI assistant that answers patient questions around the clock, and a health blog that publishes weekly without anyone on staff touching it.
The practice now owns its domain, its site, and the paperwork flow that used to happen at the front desk. It happens before the visit instead.
